How We Grade Our Products

Please see our grading systen. This explains what condition you can expect to receive your item in.

New

A new product is a factory-sealed item, in pristine condition. They come with a minimum of 1 Year return warranty or a manufacturers warranty ( as stated on the product page ).

New Open-Box

A new opened box item are unused products that were either cancelled or unused returns. These products do not have any cosmetic damage and still include the manufacturer warranty and support ( as stated on the product page ). Essentially, they are just like brand new products but priced lower as they have been opened.

Open-Box (Seller Refurbished) 

Open box (Seller Refurbished) item are unused products that were either cancelled or unused returns. These products do not have any cosmetic damage and still include the manufacturer warranty and support ( as stated on the product page ). Essentially, they are just like brand new products but priced lower as they have been opened. Manufacturer warranty supplied with these products is fixed/ non transferable, it can in some cases be extended ( additional cost ). Warranty expiry date wil be stated on the product page.

Manufacturer Refurbished

Manufacturer refurbished products are professionally restored to like-new condition by the original manufacturer.
